Business Analyst Manager (BAM– DDI)

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Finance, Economic, Business Management, or Relevant background

• Have a minimum 3 years in preparing financial report (P&L and Balance sheet)

• Have a good understanding in overall business aspects plus manufacturing processes (advantages)

• Team player and influencer

• Have a strong Numerical analysis and result oriented

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly financial report such as P&L, Balance sheet, cash flow, business key performance indicators, budget variance and other related report for internal (country) management and Regional/ Global requirement as well

• Liaise with regional finance team in regards with review country business performance, give feedback to management as well as explore opportunities to improve financial business performance

• Review and control all department spending in line with initial budget plan

• Work closely with Industrial/ Manufacturing team, sales team and Marketing team to do analysis of their performance and advise for improvement

• Build Synergy with Treasury, Cost Accountant, Account Payable & Receivable, and Tax to identify and set action plan of finance team performance improvement

Tax Manager (TM– DDI)

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Accountancy, Economic, or Tax

• Have a minimum 3-5 years experience in Preparing, Reporting and Consolidating, Tax Refund and Tax Audit matters

• Have a good understanding in all taxation regulations in Indonesia

• Team player with good communication skills

• Have a strong Numerical analysis and result oriented

• Have a good English communication skill and computer literate

Main Responsibilities:

• Preparing monthly tax report and payment include VAT, Personal Income Tax (Pph), Withholding Tax, Import Tax, etc

• Doing regular tax review, analysis and tax reconciliation

• Provide Tax equalization, document support, and maintain tax filing system

• Ensure compliance with all relevant tax legislations and monitor any development on tax regulation as well as set the required action plan

• Prepare all supporting documents for tax audit purposes and tax refund/ restitution process

• Build good relationship with local tax authorities

• Manage problem solving in tax area with suppliers, customers and also internal function e.g. Account Payable Section, Account Receivables Section, Marketing Department, etc.

Sales Engineer - Motor Vehicle Indonesia (SE - MVI - ACTA -ACI)

Reporting to the Business Line Manager, main responsibilities for this position include:

· Sales of Atlas Copco Industrial Tools range to Motor Vehicle Industry customers in the designated area in consistency with Atlas Copco Tools and Assembly System – MVI division and Atlas Copco Indonesia marketing strategies, goals and targets.

· Increase territory sales and market share in the assigned area and to provide assistance in the other area when required by Business Line Manager.

· Develop and enhance good working relationship with all key accounts in the area, potential customers as well as internal colleagues in order to grow the business in the region.

· Maintain excellent; up-to date record system for accounts and products and to have a territory continuity strategy on file.

· Analyze and provide timely, accurate market information to the Business Line Manager, such as pricing situations and status of competitive activities and products, relative the success of marking strategies and programs for the territory.

Experience requirements

Excellent sales record from similar position selling high quality products to Industrial users. Previous experience from working in a foreign company is a plus.

Knowledge

· Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Japanese is preferred.

· Good presentation skills and communication skills.

· Computer literate: Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes.

Educational requirements

Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in the Industry.
